1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information We DO NOT Collect

Circuit Flow does not collect, store, or transmit any of the following:

• Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
• Location data (GPS, IP address)
• Device identifiers (IMEI, MAC address)
• Photos, camera, or microphone access
• Contacts or calendar information
• Analytics or tracking data

1.2 Local Data Storage

The following game data is stored locally on your device:

• Game progress (completed levels, stars earned)
• In-game currency (Volts)
• Power-up inventory (hints, vision, auto-solve)
• Settings preferences (sound, haptic feedback)
• Purchase history (ad removal, Volt packs)

This data is primarily stored locally. However, if you choose to sign in to Google Play Games Services, your game progress is also securely stored in the Google Cloud to allow you to restore your progress across devices.

2. Third-Party Services

Circuit Flow integrates the following third-party services that may collect data:

2.1 Facebook Audience Network (Ads)

Purpose: Display banner ads, interstitial ads, and rewarded video ads

Data Collected:

• Ad interaction data (views, clicks)
• Device information (OS version, device model)
• Advertising ID (for ad personalization - can be opted out)

Opt-Out: Users can remove ads by purchasing "Remove Ads" in the Shop.

2.2 Google Play Billing

Purpose: Process in-app purchases (Volt packs, ad removal)

Data Collected:

• Purchase transaction information
• Google account information (managed by Google Play)

Note: Payment information is handled entirely by Google Play. Circuit Flow never accesses your payment details.

2.3 Google Play Games Services

Purpose: Achievements, leaderboards, and cloud save (optional)

Data Collected:

• Google Play Games profile (if signed in)
• Achievement progress
• Leaderboard scores (completion times)
• Cloud Save Data: Game progress and preferences are stored in Google Drive (Application Data folder) to sync your progress.

Opt-Out: You can sign out of Google Play Games at any time in Settings.

3. Permissions

Circuit Flow requires the following Android permissions:

• INTERNET: Required to load ads and process in-app purchases
• ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Check internet connectivity for online features
• AD_ID: Optional permission for personalized ads (you can opt-out in Android settings)

We do NOT request: Camera, microphone, location, contacts, storage, or any other sensitive permissions.

4. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Circuit Flow is suitable for all ages, including children under 13. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA):

• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children
• No account registration or email required
• Ads are family-friendly and comply with COPPA guidelines
• Parents can disable ads by purchasing "Remove Ads"

5. Data Security

Since Circuit Flow stores data locally and on secure Google servers (for cloud saves):

• Your data is protected by your device's built-in security (encryption, lock screen)
• Cloud saves are protected by Google's industry-standard encryption
• We cannot access your data remotely
• Data is automatically deleted when you uninstall the app (unless backed up to the cloud)

6. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access: All your data is visible within the app (Profile screen)
• Delete: Uninstall the app to delete all local data
• Opt-Out of Ads: Purchase "Remove Ads" for $2.99
• Opt-Out of Ad Personalization: Disable "Opt out of Ads Personalization" in Android Settings > Google > Ads
• Opt-Out of Play Games: Sign out in Settings > Sign Out from Play Games

7. International Users

Circuit Flow is available worldwide. Since we don't collect or transfer personal data, no international data transfers occur. Third-party services (Facebook, Google) have their own international data policies.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of Circuit Flow after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.

9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

For California residents: Since we don't collect personal information, CCPA data sale and disclosure requirements do not apply. You can opt out of personalized ads as described in Section 6.

10. GDPR Compliance (EU Users)

For European users: Circuit Flow processes minimal personal data (only through third-party services). You have the right to:

• Access data held by third parties (contact them directly)
• Request deletion of data from third parties
• Opt out of ad personalization
• Lodge a complaint with your data protection authority
